Sometimes when life is not as we think we want it to be…..it is nice to have someone to talk things over with. Someone who cares about you……..how you feel, what you think, what you want, what you need and who else is playing a big role in your life, for better or for worse.

I’ve worked in business, industry, healthcare, politics, military, education, hospitals, legal systems, radio/TV and framing. You know, we are all so much alike with just enough differences to keep it interesting……and actually, no matter the situation, often it’s what we tell ourselves about it that determines the choices we make and how we feel and think.

Our relationships, jobs, family, friends, habits, beliefs, decisions, fun, worries, adversity, stress, loss/grief, what holds us back, what motivates us, money, sexuality, health and spirituality all are a part of this life……so how do we deal with all that?.  Good question……that’s why I’m here.
