Our office staff

When you call or come into our office, you will be assisted by one of our two very able office staff members.

Dusti Nettles

Dusti assists with new client calls and interacts with the insurance companies for credentialing and billing. She is the official custodian of our patient records, and handles billing. Dusti joined our team in 2006.

Seena McWhorter

Seena handles new client calls, payments, and takes care of bank deposits and payroll. She maintains client records both on paper and in the computer, and does other general office support functions. Seena is a new member of our staff, having joined us in 2007

David L. Truitt, MS - Administrator

David joined PRO-ACT in 2000 after his retirement from IBM. He interfaces with the landlord, pays the bills, takes care of the computers, and is the PRO-ACT Web Master. He is married to the boss (Jacque).
